Schedules of Condition

We prepare schedules of condition (SOC) that provide an accurate and factual record of condition for commercial and residential property.  The service helps to ensure that legal or contractual obligations in relation to building maintenance, adjustments and tenancy clauses are met to minimise the risk of costly claims from the opposing party.  

PHARMACY SERVICES

Pharmacies which are co-located with GP medical practices or that are located nearby, have historically been valued by methods which are not applicable to other types of property. Landlords base rents on a rate per number of patients that are registered within the practice.  This often leads to much higher rents being paid than traditional retail or commercial properties in the locality.
